How to login using the link noted #144

I have set up the Miniblog 3.1 in Visual Studio 2019 but cannot figure out how to use the login. If I put the password hash and a username in the appsettings for the dev, and use the password, it does not allow me to log in. How can I learn how to use this so I can test it in the dev env?

I'm sorry--it worked--may have been caching issue. Is the https://onlinehasher.azurewebsites.net/ site good to use for production?
Can I have more than one admin in your code?

Only one admin login supported
