chore(build): Remove custom dependencies

#480 merged the entire madara-orchestrator codebase into madara. This inflated our dependency graph and introduced conflicts that (at the time) could only be resolved by forking some dependencies. This issue is about resolving these conflicts without customized forks (probably by upstreaming any required changes).

As mentioned in the PR, this is the list of projects that were customized (each pointing to a branch called madara-monorepo):

• cairo-vm
• sequencer
• zaun
• snos
