gmtower.org returns error 500, notes are not displayed any more

Hi the URL for the notes seems to return error 500 (for example http://www.gmtower.org/apps/instruments/piano.php?type=1&adv=0)

Piano is still used on many servers, it would be sad if the notes/hosting is being removed.
Maybe you could upload the note pages to github too for self hosting in case url is gone forever and it cant be fixed?

I checked the source code and couldn't find any note pages besides the default Clocks by Coldplay.

If the author or anybody who has access to the note pages can send me them I can fix the site and/or addon.

I updated the addon to use GitHub Pages to host a site for the sheet music. It should work exactly as this addon used to before the host site went down.
