Hi, I just downloaded the repo from scratch and it works without any problems.

In your case, it seems that Gradle is not able to download all the dependencies, the HermiT reasoner package in particular. Could you check that the dependencies listed in the build.gradle file are available in the project? Maybe you can also try to start a Gradle build by hand.
