Add recording-related parameters #113

Summary

For trials that include recording, we should add default functionality and optional parameters to determine what happens while:

waiting for the recording to initialize
waiting for the recording to finish uploading

This includes:

time limits
custom content displayed to the participant

We do currently have a translated "upload in progress" message.
