Problem with make scroll frozen and stable while menu/preload goes into screen

Hi, I've been trying to import locomotive scroll v5 into my project for some time now, but I'm having problems with make scroll frozen and stable in the same position while you open the menu on navbar also make it non-scrollable while preload is going on. Do you have any ideas on how to do this or any repositories I can look at for inspiration how to make that concept alive.
