Top Navigation change phone number and email address

When i Use Header style as theme based in the general settings I get two navigation bars.

The top one contains the phone number and email address on the left side and the profile on the right side.

How would I go about changing the email address and the phone number.

Please check the below path to change the mail id and phone no. If you change them in the footer settings it will automatically change in the header also

Site administrator->Appearance->Themes->Academi->Footer->Footer block3 (Email, Phone No)

I have one more question how do I go about removing the navigation on the login page.
