Single Transaction Form Show/Hide Some Fields

@melinath So you select a type of split and then you only fill out the appropriate form fields? And it's ok that the ones you don't need are mandatory, because they're autofilled?

@harrislapiroff I am not sure how we can get the individual options on that select to trigger hiding and showing fields. Maybe that would just be some complicated form templating.
