re-introduce colouring and links from jan pali

on the current jan pali page, many people are yellow or have URLs attached

The context says that yellow jan are jan who are currently working on lipu tenpo.

jan jelo li pali lon tenpo ni. jan walo li pali lon tenpo pini.

This is outdated information and likely unneeded unless it can be kept up to date.

Similarly I do not find linking URLs that important, but it could be added.
