Nemo 6.4.5 and Spaces Within File Searches

This might be a feature request or a suggestion of incorrect operation.

Nemo 6.4.5 (and maybe earlier editions) do not perform proper searches in that spaces are not honored.

For example, if I perform a search for "ai", I should be able to include a space after the "i" so that the search results do not include the "ai" string embedded in other words, of which there are many.

Additionally, embedded spaces are not honoured - or at least cause multiple searches.
For example,
a i will match with a folder called Biography, presumably because Biography has an i and an a.
