Applicable for Sigve's fork of this repo

When retrieving a fragment that doesn't contain data, e.g.
http://localhost:5000/data/14/8394/5467?page=2019-11-09T20:00:00.000Z

this redirects to:
http://localhost:5000/data/14/8394/5467?page=2019-11-09T00:00:00.000Z&aggrMethod=undefined&aggrPeriod=undefined

and gives a bad output:
query error : no results
