[Bug] When I log into chat for the second time, I see the screen for retrieving backup key

Web: chat.stg.lin-saas.com, 2.5.4, Safari
Mobile: 2.5.8, Android

1. Log into chat from private window
2. Close it
3. Log in again
4. The backup screen is shown (however, all the messages seem to by synchronised after you close this screen)

Expectation: everything is synced automatically, I don't see the backup screen

You not really have any encrypted chat, so all messages still available.
Can you share this account (in demo) we will investigate more the process of back-up key?

Not found recovery word for this user. So that the reason, new backup pop up to user. Why:

• User maybe moved from other platform, he kept recovery word by himself, he can add to this screen to decrypt message
• Setup process failed in the first time user login -> so this screen will help user setup again, but for sure no recovery word -> all encrypted message can not be decrypted
• More likely, maybe error in configuration of deployment, recovery word was deleted -> so this screen will help user setup again, but for sure no recovery word -> all encrypted message can not be decrypted

• make an easier back up process the 1st time we log into the platform
• work with design to improve the case when something fail on the backup process (explain more, need better UX)

Suggestion: add a button "contact us" or something like that.
