V6.4 Upload-request error

With this new version, upload requests creation are not possible anymore.
Upload-request are working fine on V6.3.
Tests on test and prod are the same:

Thanks for the report, I will investigate.

To be able to reproduce it, I need more context form your test :

• the creation date (system date) is before or after the activation date ?
• Did you update the email template upload request creation or configuration ?

• the creation date is before the creation date
• we made a new mail configuration named EMM, with the original email template upload request creation and configuration
