Is there an MS-Windows server version of Lightning availabile??

In the documentation I only see a Mac OS X stand-alone server mentioned.

I would like to use this locally on a Windows 10 Professional machine, not on Heroku or any other cloud-based servers.
Also, I don't have a Macintosh for development, nor do i wish to buy one, because Apple has made all their new lower-end Macs not easily expandable (probably to decrease their usable lifetime and increase near future sales).

Does anyone have a Lightning Windows 10 standalone server available that they can push to github?

What is missing to build a native standalone Windows 10 server ? Are there any packages or modules that need to be compiled? If this is required, does anyone have instructions to do this?
