Wondering where is best to document standard fields. Was thinking here in the user guide as a best practice.

Recommended for all data:

creationDate: date
createdBy: string
lastUpdateDate: date
lastUpdatedBy: string

For entities that are being migrated:

migrationDate: date
migratedFrom: string
