Create concatenated builds for flocking-midi #35

Currently, there's no build process for this library, which means users have to pull directly from source. We should create two different concatenations:

  1. flocking-midi-core.js, which contains all the core components that don't have a user interface
  2. flocking-midi-ui.js, which contains the UI components
