Issue description

When I play Radikal Bikers from ps1 on retroarch pcsx, the game has a glitch in the game intro

Step-by-step reproduction and logs

The glitch occurs in this part here as you can see in the photo, could you fix this problem please?

Could you explain what the glitch is? Looks pretty much the same as in any youtube video to me.

There are some pixels that look like ink stains @notaz

This is caused by inaccuracy of mdec's IDCT routine. It needs to be completely rewritten to fix this. For now I don't plan to work on this, but will keep this issue open for the future.
