Would it be possible to implement blargg's ntsc filter into bsnes itself like genesis plus gx does? I get better multipass shader results when I'm not also throwing an ntsc shader in the mix, and blargg's video filters mess up hires mode on bsnes. This would be a great solution but I don't know how hard it would be to implement. Thank you!

This would be great for the bsnes core! Currently I know of no way to get blarggs SNES NTSC filters to work.

The shaders which utilize an NTSC filter do not look anything like blarggs SNES filter.

I know there's a folder for video filters in retroarch but it's empty. How can we add blarggs SNES rf and composite filters to this folder?
