Subtitle ASS make video in player lag

Judging by the compiled code loaded in your Demo, an old variant of JSO not even supporting wasm-blending is used. Also it doesn't lag for me.
I suggest, you test with a more recent (basically current git master eb0ba03) variant with the links below (same subtitles as Other ASS in your demo):

If the issue only manifests with the preloaded subs from your demo, download the at the time of writing newest nightly build here (you might need to be logged into GitHub) and try it locally with this build instead of whatever is hosted by Artplayer.

If the first doesn't cause video lag for you, update the assets for Artplayer and any issues then showing up in Artplayer but not the above are likely related to Artplayer.
If only the second doesn't make the video lag (but might drop subtitle frames), I'm afraid you won't be able to get a better result right now — possibly in the future with renderAhead and tiled blending.
If the second still makes the video (not subtitles!) lag, then your issue is unlikely to be caused by JSO.

For future reference, please be more precise, about which part, at what time and with which subtitles the lag occurs and how exactly it shows itself.

thank you this is more fix than the previous severe lag. but still a bit lag
