Hello！
I am currently building a pan-genome for 8 genomes using minigraph and have obtained a VCF file. Now, I want to incorporate short-sequence data from 300 additional individuals into this VCF file to create a more comprehensive pan-genome for subsequent analysis.
What should I do?
