rSimDaemon won't init

tried:
SDK for WP76 (Release 9 + Legato 18.08.0)
SDK for WP76 (Release 13.3 + Legato 19.11.0)

Module: WP7607, WP7607-1, WP7702

however as says on https://docs.legato.io/latest/platformConstraintsSim.html
For WP76xx, WP77xx, AR759x and AR758x, only LE_SIM_EXTERNAL_SLOT_1 and LE_SIM_REMOTE types are supported.
so it has to be LE_SIM_REMOTE
cm should be able to select it and rSimDaemon should initialise without issues.
