Sponsored fee doesn't show automatically or takes more time than expected to display properly

When a fee is sponsored we expect the wallet to display this before confirming:

This is what is displayed instead (it looks like the user has to pay the STX fee):

This can be reproduced with app.alexlab.co

1. Use an account with enough of another token to cover a fee (dev account 1)
2. go to swap
3. select LiSTX as the first coin
4. then STX
5. Select network fee "choose sponsored with LiSTX"
6. Click swap
7. Click confirm
8. See problem (it looks like the "fee is glitching"):

As soon as you click on it the value is shown as expected and even if you confirm it right away with the odd fee amount displayed the transaction is still sponsored. So it is just a visual issue.
