Add note types for Credits Note and Performer Note, deprecate bf:credits, bf:awards

The property bf:credits was a merger of BF 1.0's creditsNote (aka MARC BIB field 508) and performerNote (aka MARC BIB field 511); in marc2bf2 both fields map to bf:credits. BF 2.3 uses note types for other 5xx field and a recent MAC proposal adds $3 to 508/511 (bf:appliesTo) so a note type should be created for both of these fields to support additional subfields.

The property bf:awards was a mapping from bf 1.0's awardsNote property, but a note type already exists which is used for converting 586 fields.

Similar to bf:barcode (another bf 1.0 property), both bf:credits and bf:awards should be deprecated. Thanks!

We won't be deprecating those properties (because we don't want to take that action at this time in case they are used and without further input from the community), but, yes, we need at least create two new note types.
