End 2 end fonctional testing of actions #83

Current

Some plugins are testing using shell and github actions
That does not make testing executable locally during developement
That does not apply to local actions either
As launchrctl and plugins are growing, need this to develop further without fear of breaking anything

Expected

Would be great to use some kind of e2e testing framework to make it easy to write test once, in a single format/file and execute it:
- locally
- from github actions
- from gitlab ci (for local actions in repos)
