Looking at this fresh today, I have a new question.

Sections 2.3.4 and 2.3.5 have this:

ss = Combiner(tradSS, mlkemSS, tradCT, tradPK, domSep)

Section 4.3 has this:

KEK <- Combiner(tradSS, mlkemSS, tradCT, tradPK, domSep) =
KDF(counter || tradSS || mlkemSS || tradCT || tradPK ||
domSep, outputBits)

I don't understand the <- followed by =. Is it fair to say that 2.3.4 and 2.3.5 could be written this way:

compositeSS = Combiner(tradSS, mlkemSS, tradCT, tradPK, domSep)

And 4.3 written this way:

KEK = KDF(counter || compositeSS, outputBits)

Revisit this after PR #55 is merged (it should resolve Carl's comment, but should double-check).
