Improve conversation history management based on the results of the spike to prevent explosion in token consumption:
#257

Acceptance criteria:

  • The conversation history is optimised according to the results of the spike
  • Long conversation history fits within the context window of the planner
  • There is no significant reduction in quality of companions responses (blackbox + integration + manual testing)
