Improve Kyma Agent for Advanced Troubleshooting

Description
Improve Kyma Agent to do complex troubleshooting analysis. For example, if a API Rule is cannot be called due to a pod failure. Kyma agent sequentially check Api Rule, service, and pod by itself intelligently.
Moreover, we need to update Kyma resources (group) versions and tools names dynamically with variables.

Reasons
Improves its intelligence.

• Should be able to troubleshoot complex tasks
• Kyma resource versions and tool names set with variables in the agent prompt
