Lexical scope fails for repeat calling a function. output below should

write a command-line tool to check and make sure that various
evaluations run in constant space

  - pattern for running a command with parameter for loop size increase
  - run with various stack sizes from ghc command line
  - binary search for where stack limit is for 10 iterations
  - increase iterations making sure stack doesn't blow out
