Hello,
I thank you very much for this super tool but I have (maybe) a stupid question... When I import my predicted library in Skyline which iRT do I must use ? With my experimental library I have a mix between endogeneous iRT peptides and biognosys iRT peptides. Do I have to do a retention time calibration with this predicted library ? If yes with which peptides (biognosys or others) ??
