Yes I see it on the web server but when I deploy the server myself from source there are no options for *dlib output.
Also, the dlib format appears to have retention times associated with each peptide but how does one get this if there is no experiment? Prosit will, of course, provide a 'predicted retention time' but I assume its in the form of a hydrophobicity index which then needs to be calibrated to some reference and some gradient.
How is this reconciled?
