Can I request that the assembly be signed. It has been requested before (issue 
#38), and rejected, but the case for it is stronger now.

Although I can sign it myself, that doesn't work with Nuget automatic 
downloads. Nuget downloads packages automatically during build. We don't add 
the DLL to the source control system (git).

This is preventing us from signing our own assemblies, which prevents us from 
installing to the GAC.
