The CPU of my computer is E5-2670 V2 with 10 cores and 20 threads. But even if it is, playing the following music will be very stuttering.

I changed the output audio device and temporarily solved the stuttering problem. But I can't hear SegaPCM.

After I shut down the second SegaPCM, I re-exported VGM and found that it was back to normal.
