Since I've already changed how I generate bookmark IDs and since I will likely need to migrate stuff in future, as an exercise, it makes sense to do a migration of the older bookmarks (UUID) that may exist to the newer ones (vectors).

This migration code should run as a first step of system start and should be removed from the code base once it has been completed.
