Add unpublished documents to bibliography

Certain key documents have never been published, yet are nearly fully formed. Henrik suggests that they are merged into the bibliography and placed after the other documents for each listed year, clearly marked.

Are these the ones marked with "ms"? Should ask the others for more, e.g. Lorenzo.

Frans suggested putting all of the unpublished documents in a separate tab in the bibliography to make discovery easy.
