I'm having an issue with usb, here are the steps to reproduce.

1/ Hook a passive usb-hub to the beagle.
2/ put something on it (wifi, whatever).
3/ Boot the beagle
4/ everything is detected as it should
5/ unhook usb-hub
6/ hook usb-hub again
7/ all usb devices stay powered down

Is this a feature ? How can i disable it ?
