调用方必须传入语言、版本、平台信息，以便扩展及兼容。

语言：多语言版本的应用下，接口返回的信息需要根据不同语言返回不同的值。
版本：在APP应用中，在用户当中存在多种不同的安装版本，接口需要根据版本做相应的兼容处理。
平台：系统平台也是个很重要的信息，服务端非常可能需要使用到。
