Error loading Python DLL
'C:\users\pamat\appdata\local\temp_MEI(it changes the numbers everytime i open it again)2\python37.dll
LoadLibrary: the specified procedure could not be found.

With a quick google search it might be due to the way the app was bundled for Windows. I'd suggest to run from the source code
