When new entries are landing into the logs area, do not automatically scroll to the top of the screen. The user may stop somewhere below to examine a set of logs.
I am pretty sure this has a close relation to #57 and #102. Opening for reference.
Papertrail has a nice implementation of this. When the user is somewhere in the middle of the page and new logs have arrived a notification will show up on the top. When the user scrolls up, new logs will start to show up in a paginated manner.
Nevertheless, a quick fix would be to not scroll immediately if the user is not at the top of the page.
