The Rally-Backlog repository can be used to track Sprint Backlog items. The Backlog is an ordered list of requirements that might be needed in the analysis or tool development in future and is the single source of requirements for any changes to be made to the analysis or tool. The Product Owner is responsible for the Rally Backlog, including its content, availability, and ordering.

GIT Hub is used to track the Back Log because the functionality is not available is Synapse. In fact our Sage partner recommends we use GIT Hub. For each sprint the GIT Hub Backlog location/link is on the Wiki page.
