Nav items should be active on visiting

@khushi-joshi-05 I seen your project, It's awesome. Although I got a major issue that nav items should be active when visiting any particular page. For example, if I am on menu page the menu nav item should be active, but in this project this functionality has not been implemented.

I want to work on this issue, and I will implement this important functionality so that nav items will be active when they are visited.

@sunny0625 So please add the labels on this major issue and then assign it to me under gssoc'24.
I would be happy to contribute in your beautiful project.
