Description

In our project, we were working with version 0.6.3 of kedro-databricks plugin.

The problem happened when deploying conf: in version 0.6.4, untar conf (dist/conf-{package_name}.tar.gs create all untared file in folder conf/conf instead of conf.

This bugged happened in version 0.6.4 with new way of untaring conf (in upload_project_config function).

As soon as I have time, I will propose a PR to provide a correction
