I'm interested in contributing to this issue by enhancing the documentation with additional tutorials and working examples on running SQL queries with Ibis in Kedro. Here are some improvements I plan to make:

Expand the Tutorial with More Examples

Provide implementations for other databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Snowflake.
Demonstrate how to migrate SQL queries from Pandas/SQLAlchemy to Ibis in Kedro pipelines.
