Preliminary checks

Describe the bug

Documentation says

 -h, --hash-header Header-ID

whereas -h is already used for --help which is not straightforward.
-h should be removed as alias for --hash-header in documentation.

Environment

All data on execution context as provided by $ mdedup --version:

$ mdedup --version
mdedup 7.5.0
