Correlate input data and results in single CSV

As end user, I would like to have a direct correlation between review for an item and its sentiment, so that I dont have to manually correlate.

Today the results only provides a reference to intermediate data, but not directly to the input data.
This solution would implement a result CSV that contains the information of the product id (id), product name (???) review text (review.text) and the sentiment in a single result CSV.
