When I compile this project with QT in Linux (Ubuntu), I got below error:
/home/omega/Risip/risipapp/risip/platforms/linux/pjsip/dylibs/libpjsua2.so:-1: error: file not recognized: File format not recognized

Not sure what could be the problem. What compiler are you using? Which linux distro? Somehow the libpjsua2.so library is not getting recognised by the compiler/linker ..
The libpjsua2.so is compiled with GCC compiler on a linux environment
