Create New Logic App (Call DallE) that

Exposes REST request response trigger
Formats a message to call DallE
Waits for Dall-E to create images
Moves images to storage container
captures URI from storage container
Formats a response message with the URI
sends response to caller

Update initial Logic App to

In parallel with Call Davinci, have it call DallE
Track product id
Update the record to include data from Davinci and DallE
Add record to outgoing batch
