Is there some reason why this runtime is not listed on https://packagist.org?

Using vcs repository in Composer is somewhat slower, as it has to download metadata about all available versions.

Besides, I think it also could bring more attention to this awesome project!

That's the first time I'm hearing of this project. @markbook2 might provide some extra insights, if he's around, but if not, then the answer is "because it wasn't done".

Please feel free to contribute relevant packaging effort / point me to some documentation on how I can do that?

I think here https://packagist.org/about is everything you need.

It should be simple as signing in and submitting the url to git repository. You can also setup a webhook, so when code in repository updates it also updates on packagist.

@GreyCat It may be good to publish runtime there if there are requests for that. Personally I don't use it as I had problems with updating or removing packages there, which was require contacting support team of packagist.org, a little slowing down the composer update or composer install is not problem for me.
