Blurb suggests documents are auto-reloaded when changed, but this doesn't happen for me.
In addition, although there's no "Reload" option on the File menu, I just found a "Reload" option all alone in a right-click context menu (right-click on the document window) - however this just replaces the document window with the text $PLACEHOLDER.
Am on 1.0.1 from the Apple App Store. (Though the github front page says latest release is 1.0.0? Perhaps a story for another day..)

1.5 years later... but I'm seeing this same pair of issues. What's strange is I could swear that auto-reload was previously working for me.
No auto-reload on save from editor. This is true whether I open the editor separately or through Markoff (File > Edit).
Right-click no document header region provides a Reload item in a contextual menu; selecting this item clears the window view except for the text $PLACEHOLDER.
As the reporter above, I'm using version "1.0.1 (60)" from the Apple App Store.
I may investigate further, but hoping that bumping this issue may trigger a knowing reply from someone else.
