Program default position when opening

I can recall a few years ago inquiring about this situation back then......

can you introduce into the program memory capability so the program opens in the location on the screen that I last moved the program to?
whenever the program opens by default it's in the center of the screen.....

I always have to move the program image to the corner of the monitor where I then have it do its job....
