Extra message when outputting an information message

Describe the bug
If the withdrawal of coins is disabled in the config, then when a message about this is issued to the player, an extra message appears with the syntax of the /withdraw command

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Turn off the withdrawal in the config.
2. Go to the server
3. Try to withdraw coins

Expected behavior
I expect that after the message about the impossibility of withdrawal, a message with the syntax of the command did not appear
